Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of being placed. In the case of any delay you will be notified by email immediately. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Refund and Return Policies:
Returns are accepted on an exchange basis only. We are happy to accept any merchandise in excellent, resalable condition for exchange on goods of equal value within 21 days of purchase.
If you receive a T-Shirt that does not fit we will be glad to exchange it for one that does. Simply mail the shirt back to us in unworn, resalable condition along with a quick note with your address, email and what size you need and we'll take care of it. There is a $3.00 charge to cover shipping (or buy us a beer depending on what time of day it) for this service, please enclose a check or money order or contact us by email (customerservice@freeportbrewing.com)for other payment options.

"When will my order ship?"
Typically all orders ship within 24-48 hours. Weekends, Holidays, Plagues of Locusts, Marching Bands and other things sometimes get in the way but we know how much you want your stuff and we want you to have it just as bad.
"I ordered a small but I needed an XL, what do I do now?"
Email us ASAP and we'll change it if it hasn't already shipped, if it has we'll be happy to exchange it for the right size (see above).
"What is the best way to care for my glassware?"
All of our glassware is printed with heat-resistant inks, however this does not mean "heat-proof" (Think of the difference between a water-resistant jacket and a water-proof one). Hand washing your glassware is by far the best option, this will guarantee you years of fade free service. If you decide that the dishwasher is best for you, choose a heat free drying cycle for best results.

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority. Most times what your order consists of determines how it ships, light non-fragile orders (i.e. T-Shirts) usually ship USPS Priority Mail, heavy or fragile orders tend to go via FedEx or UPS Ground.
"I have stock in XYZ shipping company, can you use them instead?"
Nope.
